Founding Story
What if wellness could become a system of regeneration — not just restoration?
Our founder, Reena Sheth, served as Regional Director of Wellness at Taj Hotels, where she led the wellness vision across India’s most iconic properties — including the legendary Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. Her work brought emotional depth, integrative frameworks, and global innovation into Indian hospitality at scale.
But hotel spas were just the beginning.
Reena envisioned something larger — a future where wellness is woven into architecture, diagnostics, workplace systems, and brand strategy. Where wellness is not a department, but a driver of growth, trust, and long-term value.
That vision became Gaiia.
Today, we build regenerative wellness ecosystems across hospitality, health, and beauty. From biohacking hubs and workplace reset systems to sustainable wellness accreditations and purpose-led product lines, Gaiia helps visionary brands translate wellness into transformation.

Our Vision
To build future-ready wellness ecosystems that integrate regeneration, sustainability, and human intelligence — transforming how the world experiences hospitality, health, and emotional connection.
Our Mission
To design and deliver integrated wellness systems that align business performance with human well-being — through strategy, design, innovation, and emotional intelligence.
We partner with global brands, organizations, and creators to embed wellness into everyday life — from workplaces and hotels to product labs and digital platforms.
Our Approach
Every organization presents distinct operational realities, cultural dynamics, and strategic imperatives.
Gaiia does not deploy standardized frameworks. Each engagement commences with rigorous analysis of organizational context—existing infrastructure, stakeholder priorities, competitive landscape, and measurable business objectives.
The resulting systems are architected specifically for that context—whether developing corporate wellness facilities that drive utilization and ROI, hospitality wellness programs that enhance revenue per available room, or product portfolios that strengthen brand differentiation.
