Founding Story
What if wellness could become a system of regeneration — not just restoration?
Our founder, Reena U Sheth, served as Regional Director of Wellness at Taj Hotels, leading the wellness vision across India’s most iconic properties—including the legendary Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. Her leadership infused emotional depth, integrative frameworks, and global innovation into Indian hospitality at scale.
But hotel spas were just the beginning.
Reena envisioned a future where wellness transcends departments to become a core driver woven into architecture, diagnostics, workplace systems, and brand strategy. A future where wellness fuels growth, builds trust, and creates long-term value.
That vision gave birth to Gaiia.
Today, we design and implement regenerative wellness ecosystems across hospitality, health, and beauty sectors. From biohacking hubs and workplace reset systems to sustainable wellness accreditations and purpose-led product lines, Gaiia empowers visionary brands to translate wellness into measurable transformation.

Our Mission
To design and deliver integrated wellness systems that align business performance with human well-being—leveraging strategy, design, innovation, and emotional intelligence.
We collaborate with global brands, organizations, and creators to embed wellness into everyday life—from workplaces and hotels to product labs and digital platforms—creating meaningful, lasting impact.
Our Approach
At Gaiia, we understand that every organization operates within a unique ecosystem shaped by its operational realities, cultural dynamics, and strategic goals. That’s why we don’t offer cookie-cutter solutions.
Our process begins with a rigorous, data-driven analysis of your organization’s context—examining existing infrastructure, stakeholder priorities, competitive landscape, and measurable business objectives.
Using insights from this analysis, we architect customized Regenerative Wellness Systems™ tailored specifically to your needs. Our proprietary 3R x 3P framework—applying Restore, Renew, and Regenerate principles across People, Planet, and Processes—guides the design and implementation of integrated wellness ecosystems that deliver measurable, scalable impact.
Whether developing corporate wellness facilities that maximize utilization and ROI, crafting hospitality wellness programs that enhance revenue per available room (RevPAR), or designing product portfolios that elevate brand differentiation, our solutions are strategic, innovative, and rooted in emotional intelligence.
We partner closely with you to embed wellness as a core driver of growth, resilience, and long-term value—ensuring your wellness ecosystem is not only effective today but future-ready and adaptable for tomorrow.
